A Certificate of Origin “CO” or “COO” also called “Country of Origin” is declaring a commodity or good was manufactured, produced, processed or grown in Japan. This certificate authenticate the origin of exported goods. The Country of origin certificate confirms the country of production of a product is Japan and serves as a declaration for the legitimacy of Made in Japan product(s). Certificates of Origin verified by this Organization certifies that goods mentioned in a certificate are produced, manufactured or processed in Japan.
Made in Japan Organization (MIJO) issue certificate of origin for “Made in Japan” products/goods only.

- Copy of Commercial invoice
For application(s) after shipment period more than 6 months but less than 1 year any one of below document(s) are additionally required:
- Copy of Bill of Lading (BL)
- Copy of Air Way Bill (AWB)
- Copy of Sea Way Bill (SWB)
- Copy of Receipt of courier (FedEx/DHL/EMS/OCS etc.)
Certificate of Origin cannot be issue after more than one year of shipment.
